How to find the blue building

Drive south on South Congress, toward Ben White. Do not look for a sign leaning into traffic. The other buildings do that. This one sits back, and the cars in the front lot cover most of the windowless wall.

The mark is the paint. Blue cinder block. A black 04 across the double doors. The address, 3808, is on the wall beside the window unit.

Park in the lot if there is a spot. Street parking is the backup. Read the tow sign before you leave the car in a lane.

The door opens into the dark. Give it a second. Two pool tables are the first thing in the room. The bar is the long striped top on your left, mixed wood a customer built during the pandemic. The jukebox is the default when nobody booked a band. The patio is out the side, same blue wall, stools along a metal rail.

Hours do not change by the day. Noon to 2 a.m. There is no reservation list. If a stool is open, sit down.
